The Dharma Connection opened its doors in mid-March in a newly renovated space which is conveniently located in Merchants Square in Sandwich, MA. The Dharma Connection was founded by Donna Larson, a Cape Cod resident who wanted to share the yogic journey that has changed her life.

The Dharma Connection is a transformational yoga studio that promotes the mental, spiritual and physical benefits of a consistent yoga practice. The studio offers a wide variety of classes for all-levels of practice, from absolute beginners, to advanced students. There are classes available seven days a week, including early morning, evening, and daytime hours. Class styles include hatha, vinyasa flow, Kundalini, hot power, and several sport-specific programs.

We also hold many workshops and special events that change with the seasons as we strive to offer a wide-variety of programs for students on all levels. Private instruction is also available.

Our instructors are all 200-hour or 500-hour certified and share a commitment to helping our students transform their lives in a supportive environment.
